This property consists of 16 acres more or less and will be offered as a whole. It is ideally located within close proximity to I-75 and has unlimited development potential. There is a pond on the property.
BIDDING ASSISTANCE: There will be a 2 hour period of bid assistance from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on the day the auction is scheduled to end, Friday, October 10th. You are welcome to come to the auction site and we will assist you with the bidding process. Also, look over the property while you are there… the scenery is beautiful.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price.
