TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction, with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. The personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auciton. We will accept cash, check or VISA/Mastercard. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee with a $3 minimum.
NOTE: There will be a 10% (ten percent) buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
