The Miller family has owned this property for many years and are planning for other interest, therefore they have authorized our company to sell this property at absolute auction.
The property consists of 156 acres m/l by the boundary. It is accessed by an old county road off of Marler Hollow Rd. According to the PVA office, it joins Price Branch Rd. also. The seller has not used that as an entrance and without survey can not be warranted.
