If firearms are purchased they must be picked up at the office of Ford Brothers, Inc. located at 3375 E. Hwy 80 in Somerset, and will be available for pickup on Monday, August 9th. Any other online purchase will be available for pickup on Monday, August 9th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at their respective location of 12355 Ky. Hwy 1247 – Waynesburg. We will accept cash, check, or major credit cards in full. A 3% processing fee applies to any credit card purchase.
NOTE: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is July 28th, 2021 through August 6th, 2021 The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
