PREVIEW DATES: There are two preview dates scheduled for this auction:
Thursday, March 20th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Monday, March 24th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
** Bidding assistance will be available on the sale day, Thursday, March 27th, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

BROKER PARTICIPATION:  A Broker Participation fee in the amount of 3% of the purchase price will be paid to any licensed real estate broker who accompanies their buyer client to the auction and registers the client to bid.  The fee will be paid after the transaction(s) has closed.

AUCTION END TIMES:
This auction is scheduled to close at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27th.

Example: if an auction has a catalog that is scheduled to close at 6:00 and a bid is received at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:05.The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.

Any dispute between Ford Brothers, Inc., its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Madison County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
