We have been commissioned to offer this property at Absolute Online Auction in order to settle the Estate of the Late Mr. Edmond Vanhook. The property consists of 3.2 acres by the boundary. It has an older uninhabitable house. The property does have some timber. City water is available.
Terms: 20% deposit within 48 hours of sale completion. The balance will be due within 30 days.
Note: There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final sales price.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The period for inspection begins Monday January 12th, 2015 through Wednesday January 21st, 2015 . The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post sale inspection period.
