In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. Dick, we have been authorized by his heirs to offer this well located property and equipment for the absolute high dollar.
Tract #1, consisting of 1.93 acres, is improved with the pictured vinyl sided home with living and family rooms, kitchen, separate dining room, four bedrooms, and 1 ½ baths.
