Farm # 1: 109 Acres m/l in TractsHwy 25, Approx 7 Miles North of Mt. Vernon and 7 Miles South of Berea, KY
Directions: From Mt. Vernon, turn left off US 25 (just past the Roundstone Elementary School). Watch for auction signs.
MULTI-PARCEL AUCTION: The property will be offered in two tracts utilizing the multi-parcel method and selling in the manner that reflects the best returns for the sellers. This concept gives each and every prospective buyer the ability to purchase his or her individual tract or combination.
The farm contains 109 acres more or less by survey with a total of 85.4 acres of crop and pastureland according to the FSA office. Access to Tracts 1 and 2 is from US 25. Tracts 3 through 7 are located on the back side of the farm and front on Smallwood Road (just off Grace Baptist Church Road). City water available to all tracts.

The farm consists of 235 acres m/l by survey and is improved with a pond, spring and branch. This farm will be selling in its entirety and not offered in tracts. A professional timber cruise has been done and indicated a large amount of marketable timber. A copy of the report is available at the office.
