In order to settle the estate of the Late Ms. Vanhook, the executor of her estate has authorized our firm to sell this picturesque property with home plus personalproperty at absolute auction.
Tract 1: Containing10.20 acres and being accessed from Muncy Road, this tract is all cleared productive crop land. There is a pondfor stock water.
This tract is improved with the above pictured brick house. It has living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bath and a full unfinished basement.
Tract 2: Being the largest of the tracts, this 40.89 acres is mostly cleared fertile farmland. This tract is accessed from Clearfork and Muncy roads. There is a small portion of woodland and there is also a pond.
Tract 3: Having 24.76 acres, this tract is another tract of prime productive farmland. This tract fronts Clearfork Road approximately 192 ft., has city water available and does have a pond.
Tract 4: Tract #4 measures 19.72 acres and again is primarily productive farmland. It fronts Clearkfork Road approximately 192 ft. and has city water available.
