Directions: From Liberty, take Highway 127 South approximately 9 miles to Ky 501 and turn left.  Proceed 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Ky 910. Proceed approximately 6 miles to Highway 80 and turn left. Continue on Highway 80 approximately 1 mile to the property on the right at Finis Beasley Road. From Russell Springs take Highway 80 east approximately 13 miles to the property. From Somerset, take the Cumberland Parkway to the Nancy exit and turn right onto West Highway 80. Proceed 8 miles to the property on the left. Auction signs are posted.

Tract 1: Contains 3.99 acres which is mostly cleared and currently utilized as cropland. This would be a great location for building a home fronting the Finis Beasley Road.

Tract 2: Contains 4.55 acres currently used as cropland.   This tract offers a good amount of road frontage as well.

Tract 3: Contains 3.75 acres which is partially wooded. This tract is fenced and also has a pond for stock water. This tract is currently utilized as horse pasture land.
