The heirs of the late Mrs. Holton have authorized our firm to offer her property at absolute auction.
The property consists of approximately 6 acres (more/less) and is mostly cleared crop-land. It has frontage along Ky. Hwy 1778 and has city water.
The home has living room, lg. eat in kitchen (stove/refrigerator), three bedrooms, full bath, attached carport and front porch.
