In order to settle the estate of the Gibson’s, we have been authorized by their heirs to offer these properties and personal items at absolute auction.
This all brick home with lots of hardwood flooring, has formal living room, den, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, utility room and a full basement. It is situated on a spacious lot (huge back lawn). A survey of the lot is pending.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is March 25th through April 4th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Personal Property: All personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We will accept cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full the day of the auction.
