Tract #1 measuring .93 acres fronts Hwy 1247 and has approximately 175 feet of frontage. This tract is improved with the pictured vinyl sided home, which has living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, full bath on the main floor. It has an unfinished basement with a utility area. It has central heat and air and the roof and carpeting was replaced approximately one year ago.
