Directions: From the intersection of Hwy 80 and Hwy 39, take North Hwy 39 approximately 14 miles and turn right onto Hwy 935. Property is on your immediate left. Auction signs are posted. From Mt. Vernon, turn off Hwy 150 onto Hwy 70 and proceed to Hwy 39. Turn left onto Hwy. 39 and proceed approximately one miles to Hwy 935 and turn left.
Tract #1, Tract #2 and Tract #3 all consist of more than 20 acres with an average of 650 ft of frontage along each tract.
