The property also includes two storage sheds. This property is located just off Hwy 27 on Hwy 501, very close to the Family Dollar and Shell Gas station on Hwy 27. Auction signs are posted.

TERMS: 20% down on the day of the sale and the balance due within 30 days for the real estate. All personal property items must be paid for in full the evening of the auction. We will accept cash, check or major credit card in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
NOTE: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
