Location: Turn off of Hwy 27, just north of the square (by the Shell Station), onto West Maple Street. Follow West Maple Street past the school and city hall to Maplewood. Turn right onto Maplewood and proceed to Pin Oak Drive. Turn right onto Pin Oak Drive and proceed to 121 Pin Oak Drive, located on the left side of the street. Watch for auction signs.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price.
PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full no later than Friday, August 30th at 6:00p.m. All purchases that have not been paid in full by Friday, August 30th at 6:00p.m Eastern Time will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration with a 3% processing fee. At pickup you have the option to pay with cash, check or credit card (with processing fee).

All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.<br>

SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding.<br>

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Ford Brothers, Inc. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
