In order to settle the estate of Mr. Robert Walker, we have been authorized by his heirs to offer this property at absolute auction.
This home features family room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bath, utility area, and front/back porches. Home is in need of repairs, but is in a good location and would make a good rental investment.
