In order to settle the estate of the Late Mrs. Louise Hutchinson, her son, Mr. Don Hutchinson, executor of the estate, has authorized our firm to sell this real estate and personal property at Absolute Auction to the highest bidder.
Absolute Auction #1: House, Barn and 16 Acres m/l in Tracts located at 9530 Highway 1247, Waynesburg, KY – 10:00 a.m.
Location: From Stanford, take U.S. 27 south approximately 7 miles and turn right onto Highway 1247. Follow 1247 about 2 miles to the property. Watch for auction signs.
Tract #1: This lovely 2 story home (circa 1917) is situated on 2.27 acres and fronts Highway 1247.
