The heirs of the late Mr. & Mrs. James Andis have authorized our firm to offer this home in the heart of Science Hill and these personal property items at absolute auction.
This charming home located within the city limits of Science Hill is at the corner of Stanford Street and Gobdy Lane. It has living room, family room with fireplace, dining room, eat in kitchen, three bedrooms, full bath, utility room and partial basement (unfinished). AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: The Andis’ were lifetime collectors of antiques and collectibles and made this home in Science Hill their home for many years!! Now being offered at absolute auction is this home in a beautifully landscaped setting and many unique items, on Saturday, May 5th at 10:30 a.m.
TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. The antiques and personal property must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We will accept VISA/Mastercard, check or cash. All credit sales are subject to a 3% fee.
Note: The purchaser of a single- family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is April 25th through May 4th. The successful purchaser must sign a waiver of the ten-day post-inspection period.
