Directions:  From Somerset take E. Hwy 80 and turn left onto Hwy 461.  Proceed to Dahl Elrod Road and turn right.  Proceed approximately two miles to Dahl Vanhook Road.   Auction signs are posted.

            The heirs of the late Mr. & Mrs. Price, have authorized our firm to offer this beautiful acreage at absolute auction.

Tract #1 and #2 measure 10.15 and 12.07 acres respectively.  Each tract fronts Dahl Vanhook Road with Tract #1 having over 400 ft of frontage and over 200 ft of frontage on Tract #2.  These tract are great tracts for building having that additional acreage for running livestock and small farming.

Note:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint.  The inspection period is May 28th through June 6th.  The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
