Location: From the caution light in Eubank, Take South Hwy 27 North approximately 10 miles to Hwy 328 and turn right. Proceed six miles to the property located at 5870 Hwy 328 or from the intersection of Hwy 39 and Hwy 80, take Hwy 39 north approximately 18 miles and turn left onto Hwy 328. Proceed 7 miles to the property. Auction signs are posted.
The heirs of the late Mr. & Mrs. Wheeldon have authorized our firm to offer this beautiful farm consisting of 109 acres at absolute auction.
Tract #1 measures 1.00 acres and fronts Hwy 328 approximately 202 feet. It is improved with a brick home consisting of living room, den, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and two full baths.
