          In order to settle the estate of the late Ms. Ruth Dailey, Ms. Phyllis Withrow, executrix of the estate, has authorized our firm to sell this real estate and personal property for the absolute high dollar.

The period for inspection begins June 13th through June 22nd. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post sale inspection period.
