In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. Johnson, we have been authorized by his heirs to offer this property and personal property at absolute auciton.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction, with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. For all the personal property items, payment must be made in full the day of the auction with cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is November 12th through November 22nd. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
