In order to settle the estate of the late Mrs. Sandidge, we have been authorized by her heirs to offer this property at absolute auction.
This property consisting of approximately one acre is improved with the pictured vinyl sided home. This home features a floor-plan consisting of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and full bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms with a full bath.
