TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Personal Property: All items must be paid for in full the day of the auction with cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit sales with a $3 minimum.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is August 11th and August 21st. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
