In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. & Mrs. Dalton, we have been authorized by their heirs to offer this house, lot and personal property at absolute auction.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction, with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. The personal property must be paid for in full. We will accept cash, check, or VISA/Mastercard in full.
NOTE: There will be a six percent buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price on the real estate and a 10% buyer’s premium on the personal property.
