In order to settle the estate of the Late Mrs. Dobbs, we have been authorized by her heirs to offer this property for the absolute high dollar.

In addition to the house there are three buildings for additional storage.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. For all personal property items, payment must be paid in full the day of the auction. We will accept cash, check, VISA/Mastercard in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is July 9th through July 19th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
