Due to a dissolution of marriage, we have been authorized by court order to offer this real estate and personal items at absolute auction.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Trucks, 4-Wheelers and personal property: All personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction with cash, check or VISA/Mastercard. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee ($3 minimum).
NOTE: There will be a 6% buyer's premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price and a 10% buyer's premium added to the trucks, four-wheelers and personal property.
