In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. Sparks, his family has authorized our firm to sell this property and personal property items at absolute auction.
Tract 1: Being mostly cleared, this parcel contains 5.59 acres and is currently utilized as a hay field. It has 590 feet of frontage along Highway 1955. This would make a great building site or for placement of a mobile home.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Vehicle, Tools and Personal Property: Cash, check, Visa or Mastercard in full the day of the auction. A 3% convenience fee will be charged on all credit card purchases.
Note: The purchaser of a single family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is May 16th through May 25th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the ten-day post-inspection period.
