Directions:  From Somerset, take N. Hwy 39 approximately 12 miles to Hwy 934 and turn right.  Follow Hwy 39 approximately 6 miles to the property.  From Mt. Vernon take Hwy 461 to Hwy 934 and turn right.  Proceed three miles to the property.  Auction signs are posted.    

         Having purchased property closer to their home, the Broyles have authorized our firm to offer this farm at absolute auction.   This very nice farm totals over 73 acres, has four ponds, a barn, is well fenced and also offers some marketable timber!  It does not get any better than this!

         Measuring 8.51 acres, Tract #1 front Hwy 934 and is all cleared.  This tract has a tobacco/hay barn and a large pond for stock water.

         Both tracts fronting Hubert Stephens Road and being all cleared, Tract #2 and Tract #3 has 7.75 and 9.07 acres respectively.  Tract #2 has a nice pond and both tracts have nice shaded areas. 

         Tract #4 is the largest of the tracts measuring 20.36 acres.  Having frontage along Hwy 934, this tract is mostly cleared with some marketable timber.

         Tract #5 and #6 have 16.43 and 11.74 acres respectively.  These tracts also front Hwy 934 and are mostly cleared with some marketable timber.
