DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 80 to Hwy 39 and make a left onto Hwy 39. Go approximately 14 miles on Hwy 39 and make a right onto Ky Hwy 935. Auction signs will be posted.

 Ms. Welter has authorized Ford Brothers to sell their property at Absolute Auction.

TRACT 1- This tract measures 7.45 acres in size, has a barn, is partially cleared and would make a great building site. This could also be utilized as cropland.

TRACT 2- This tract measures 14.50 acres in size, and has an old farm house on site. The house could be easily remodeled and would make a nice home. This tract is also partially cleared.

TRACT 3- This tract is the largest of the tracts measuring 23.51 acres in size and would make an excellent home site, or farm.

NOTE: The purchaser of a home built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is July 4th through July 13th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the ten-day post-inspection period.
