Having purchased other property, Mr. & Mrs. Vaught have authorized us to offer this property and equipment at absolute auction.
Tract #1, improved with the pictured modular home, measures 15.50 acres. This 1999 modular home has a solid foundation, is in pristine condition and measures 28’x65’. There is hardwood flooring throughtout with tile flooring in the kitchen and baths. This home features living and family rooms, separate dining room, kitchen (cherry cabinetry), three bedrooms with walk in closets (including the master suite), two full baths, and a utility area. (Doors in the home have been upgraded.) The roof was replaced in 2012, there is an energy efficient heating/cooler system, there are front and back porches, has an attached sunroom and is well landscaped.
