No longer having need for this property, the Thomas’ have authorized our firm to offer this property at absolute auction.
Tract #1 measures .95 acres and has 190 feet of frontage along Hwy 39. This all cleared tract would be an excellent home site with that little bit of elbow-room.
Tract #2 and Tract #3 measure 8.36 and 8.68 acres respectively. Each is accessed by frontage from Hwy 39 and when combined consists of over 17 acres.
