Directions: Take North Hwy 39 approximately 15 miles and turn left onto Hwy. 70. Follow Hwy 70 approximately 1 ½ miles and turn left onto Goodhope Road or take North Hwy 27 to Hwy 70 and turn right. Follow Hwy 70 approximately 6 miles and turn right onto Goodhope Road. Auction signs are posted.
In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. & Mrs. Conard Osborne, we have been authorized by their heirs to offer well-located farm at absolute auction.
This property offers in total approximately 138.57 acres. Farming operation- including cropland, pastureland, and several building sites – this property offers it all!! Divided into the following tracts to allow you to choose what is ideal for you!
Tract #1 fronts Hwy 70 approximately 480 ft. and contains approximately 4.20 acres. This tract would be an ideal home site!
Tract #2 fronts Hwy 70 more than 900 ft. and also fronts Goodhope Road 92 ft. This tract is improved with the pictured farmhouse, which has living room, kitchen, separate dining room, master bedroom, full-bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. There is also a partial unfinished basement, central air and fuel oil heat, and a detached garage (garage in need of repairs).
This tract is further improved with a combination barn with a 12x40 silo.
Tract #3 contains 3.74 acres and is all cleared. This tract would also make an excellent home site having over 230 ft. of frontage along Goodhope Road.
