Directions: Take the Cumberland Parkway to the Nancy exit.  Turn right off the Nancy exit onto Hwy 80.  Take Hwy 80 to Hwy 837 and turn right.  Follow Hwy 837 approximately 3 miles to the auction.

The Wesley's have decided to downsize their farming operation and have authorized our firm to offer this acreage at absolute auction.

Tract #1 is an all cleared tract measuring 2.65 acres.  Having frontage on both Hwy 837 and 1676, this tract would be excellent for a commercial location This tract is further improved with a barn making it a perfect place for having a horse!
