         This 1991 mobile home has living room and den, kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and utility area.  The mobile home metal roof and here is also a large carport.

         This home is situated on 3.24 acres with several mature shade and fruit trees.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Camper, Boat, Tools & Personal Property:  These items must be paid for in full the day of the auction.  We will accept cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full.  All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Note:  There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
