We have been authorized by the owners to offer this house, lot and personal property at absolute auction.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Personal Property: All personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We will accept cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee ($3 minimum).
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is June 16th and June 26th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
