We have been ordered by the court due to a dissolution of marriage to offer the following real and personal property at absolute auction.
This vinyl sided home has living room, family room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and a spacious utility room. The house also has front and back porches, metal roof and a circular driveway.
In addition to the house there is a large 4 car detached garage/workshop. This home is situated on four fenced building lots with several mature shade trees and landscaping.

OUTBUILDINGS and GAZEBO: There are two outbuildings and a gazebo that will be sold separately.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Vehicle, Outbuildings and Personal property: These items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We will accept cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
