In order to settle the estate of the late Orba Allen his wife, Barbara Allen, has authorized our company to sell this property for the absolute high dollar.
This singlewide mobile home measures 12 x 65 with a 10 x 18 addition and it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and large living room/kitchen/dining room combo. There’s carpet and linoleum with wall air and an electric furnace. This mobile home also has underpinning, a covered front porch and a rear stoop.
In addition to the mobile home there’s a 20 x 28 concrete block garage and a 12 x 20 metal storage building.
PREVIEW DATES: Thursday, April 23rd from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 28th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price.
TERMS: 20% down, as a non-refundable earnest money, in the form of a certified check, cash or wire transfer within 48 hours of the close of auction. We do not accept a credit card for down payment. The balance of purchase price is due at closing, said closing to be within 30 days of close of bidding. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees. Closing will be as specified in the Contract for Sale of Real Estate.
