TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the sale, balance within 30 days. Accepted methods of payment are Cash or Check. Farm Machinery: Must be paid for in full the day of the sale with cash or check. MasterCard and Visa will also be accepted as payment for Farm Machinery with a 3% processing fee.
