In order to settle the estate of the Late Mrs. Elmore, we have been authorized by his heirs to offer this house and acreage at absolute auction.
Tract #1 is 0.87 acres and fronts Hwy. 501. TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Truck and personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction with cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee. ($3 minimum)
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is September 30th through October 9th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the ten-day post-inspection period.
