The heirs of the late Mr. Thomas Scott have authorized our company to sell this farm and lifetime accumulation of personal property at absolute auction.
The property consists of 55 ½ acres more or less and is nearly all crop and pastureland. The property is accessed by an easement. Stock water is provided by ponds.
The farm is improved with the pictured brick house. The house has living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath and utility room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It has electric baseboard heat, shingle roof, hardwood and linoleum flooring. Water to the house is supplied by a cistern. In addition to the house, there is an approximately 40’x70’ barn, 2 car garage workshop, corn shed and other outbuildings.
