BUYER’S PREMIUM:  There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.

NOTE:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint.   The inspection period is from October 18th through October 28th, 2022.   The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
