Directions: From Hwy. 461 turn onto Hwy 934 and the property will be approximately two miles on your right or you can take Hwy. 39 to Hwy 934 and turn right and the property will be approximately 8 miles on the left.
This farm consisting of approximately 24 acres will be offered in two tracts. Those tracts are as follows and will be sold by boundary deed (copies available).
Tract #1 measures 9 ½ acres by deed description and has road frontages on both Hwy 934 and Pace Roads. This level small acreage well-fenced tract is the perfect site for livestock as it has 40’x110’ stack pad feed barn with concrete floor and electricity. TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction, with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. The tractors and farm equipment must be paid for in full the day of the auction with either cash, check or major credit card in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Note: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
