Directions: Take E. Hwy 80 approximately 11 miles and turn right onto Old Hwy 80. At the stop sign turn left staying on Old 80. Follow Old Hwy 80 approximately 4 miles and turn right onto Hwy 1675. Proceed ½ miles and turn left onto Harris Linville Road. Property is 3/10 miles and is on both sides of the road. Auction signs are posted.
Tract #1 measures .70 acres and has frontage of 244 ft. This tract has and older home (in need of repairs). This mostly cleared tract would be an ideal spot for building a secluded cabin or retreat in a private setting.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction, with the balance due in full within 30 days for the real estate. All personal property items must be paid in full the day of the auction with cash, check or major credit card in full. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card purchases with a $3 minimum.
NOTE: There will be a ten percent buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
