DIRECTIONS: Approximately 8 miles south of Stanford on Hwy 27, turn left on 1247. Go mile, turn left on Maple Swamp Rd. Proceed 2 miles to property. Auction signs are posted.

Mr. Shelton was a builder, contractor, mechanic, and a farmer. There are tools, equipment and materials for all of these professions. This is a very large sale and we will be selling in 2 rings for part of the day.

MULTI-PARCEL AUCTION: The property will be offered in tracts utilizing the multi-parcel method and selling in the manner that reflects the best returns for the sellers. This concept gives each and every prospective buyer the ability to purchase his or her individual tract or combination.

Each farm’s tracts will be sold multi-par, and the 2 farms will not be offered in combination. Both real estate and personal property will be sold from farm tract 2 of farm 1.

Order of sale will be: Farm 1, Farm 2 then equipment and personal property. Real Estate will be selling first, followed by machinery & personal property beginning at at least 12 noon.

Farm 1-55 acres in 6 tracts:

  • Tract 1 consists of 30.9 acres with 25 acres m/l of woods, deeded 50’ from Maple Swamp Rd. to property. This would make a good secluded home site or great hunting tract.
  • Tract 2 consists of 5.3 acres, flat to gently rolling with great building sites located 300’ from the road.
