Mr. & Mrs. Shafer have decided to sell these 2 investment properties for the absolute high dollar.

 

House #1 – The pictured house is a 1 ½ story vinyl siding Colonial with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, living room, kitchen/ plus dining room, large utility, & bath.  It also features electric heat, hardwood, carpet & vinyl flooring.  In addition to the house, there is a 2-car garage.  It’s rented now for $550 per month.

 

House #2 – Is a 2 story, which has a 1 bedroom, living room/kitchen combo. There’s a possibility of adding another bedroom or 2 – This property rents for $400 per month.

 

The lot for these two houses measure approximately .78 of an acre.

TERMS: 20% down, as a non-refundable earnest money, in the form of a certified check, cash or wire transfer within 48 hours of the close of auction.  We do not accept a credit card for down payment.  The balance of purchase price is due at closing, said closing to be within 30 days of close of bidding.

If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:04.The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.

Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, charge back, etc.
