Directions from Highway 914:  Turn onto Highway 192 and go approx. 14 miles. Turn left onto Highway 1003 just past the gas station. Note:  There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price. 

Note:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint.  The inspection period is December 5th through December 15th .  The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
