Tract #1 - Measures 1.88 acres,. This tract features a very nice home which features a kitchen, oversized living room, two bedrooms and a full  bath on the main level. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with bamboo flooring, one full bath and an office/sitting area. This home was remodeled in 2011 and also features a front porch, wrap-around deck, 2 car detached garage and kitchen appliances will remain with property.
